UniAbode University Housing Assistance Program
300 AUD Accommodation assistance enrolment fee, 200 for advance deposit and 25AUD PayPal handling fee. $200 deposit will be given to landlord or head tenant upon booking of the room. This will be added to the Initial deposit you supposed to pay when you move into the room. (Initial deposit to pay to the provider = 1 month worth of rent as Security deposit which you will receive back when you vacate the room + One-month advance rent)
UniAbode Program Onshore Application
This option is only for students who is already in Australia. Onshore registration. 300 towards enrolment to the program. 25AUD PayPal transaction.
UniAbode UHAP Family Registration
This is for family Two partners (and A child). 200 for advance deposit, 600 AUD Accommodation assistance registration fee for two partners (and a child) and 40 AUD PayPal handling fee. $200 deposit will be given to landlord or head tenant upon booking of the room. This will be added to the Initial deposit you supposed to pay when you move into the room. (Initial deposit to pay to the provider = 1 month worth of rent as Security deposit which you will receive back when you vacate the room + One-month advance rent)
Single Person Registration ( PR and short term candidates)
300 AUD Accommodation assistance enrolment fee and 30 AUD PayPal handling fee Only. there is no deposit taken in this option. Sometimes the provider ask to pay the deposit when we book the room. By choosing this option you are entitled to pay the deposit for room as soon as we request. We are not responsible or obliged to answer any questions if you loose the room because of non payment or delay of payment.
