1. UniAbode program operates within the guidelines of Australian law system. We, any of staffs or operatives of UniAbode team Or Fivestar group are not answerable and responsible for any claims and activities a referral badge holder makes inside or outside the vision and guidelines of UniAbode Program and Fivestar group.

2. You will only receive referral bonus after the client join the program and moved into the property.

3. You understand that there will be a slab system such as,  

Slab A 15nos and above    50$ /each.

Slab B 10-15 Clients            40$ /each

Slab C 5-10 clients              30$ /each

Slab D 1-5 clients                20$ /each

And you will be paid according to the above slab.

4. Every person who wishs to join referral program need to have a Uniabode referral badge number.

5. The reference badge holders are not the main part of UniAbode core team, or they take the final decisions regarding any decisions issues related to the UniAbode program or Fivestar Group.

6. Any people who work in Fivestar group or Uniabode program can't participate in UniAbode referral program.

7. Once you get the payout your reference slab will reset back to 0 (Slab D)

8. You will get the payout last day of each month.

9. If the person you refer applied for visa from one of our partner Agencies, they can't be counted in.

10. UniAbode team and Fivestar group can cancel any referral badge any time without giving any reasons. All rights reserved to parent company Fivestar group.

11. Without a Referral badge number, you won't get paid for your references even if you refer anyone for the UniAbode program.

12. All rights to the referral program reserve to Fivestar group. And all decisions Fivestar group make, is final.
